From the earliest days of our operation, MasterChem Solutions has interacted with many industries in the creation or duplication of a variety of chemical formulations. This has resulted in a wide array of products to offer for your consideration. We are prepared to supply existing "Off-the-Shelf" products or to work in partnership with you to modify existing formulations to best suit your unique needs. The additional types of unique products that we already supply are:

Cleaners/Degreasers

Master Cleaner - An all-purpose cleaner/degreaser used in a variety of commercial and industrial applications.

Master HD Cleaner - Concentrated cleaner that can be diluted to a strength for specific individual applications.

MCS Adhesive Remover - Used to clean various surfaces and machinery typically utilized in the production of adhesives.

Laundry Sizing

These products are widely used to add body and crispness to clothing made of man-made fibers such as polyesters and blends. It also promotes ease of soil removal.

Corrosion Inhibitors

As the name indicates, these products reduce the chance of corrosion and rust due to oxidation. They are typically used as additives to coatings and paint products.

Purging Compounds

These compounds are typically used during a maintenance turnaround in your production. They clean injection and molding machines when a revised color or product is to be used by the existing equipment. This is a common occurrence in the adhesives industry and we are eminently qualified to understand and support your selection of these products.

Knife Release Coat

This specialty product was designed to increase production efficiency where blades cut across adhesive or tacky products. The coating enables the blade to pass through the cutting surface of the finished product while minimizing accumulation of the adhesive being used in production. The Knife Release Coat has proven to be very effective in the production of rolled tapes and paper products.

Gel Based Encapsulants

These products are formulated for the telecommunications and electrical industries as an effective water blocking coating or inclusion in power connectors, modular jacks, terminal block connectors and buried service wire casings.
