Our facility in Norcross near Atlanta, Georgia is currently a single shift operation with multiple manufacturing lines. We can easily support approximately a 200 % growth of any product we are requested to manufacture by adding partial production shifts or utilizing all production lines to their highest capacity. We have proven this capability in the past on various lines of chemical manufacturing and are continuously evaluating the prospect of such changes to meet the increases and decreases inherent in all Industry demands.

MasterChem Solutions has a Risk Mitigation Plan to protect our production from any loss due to natural disaster. We have multiple supplier agreements for all necessary raw materials, as well packaging and delivery services. We also have partnership agreements and contract manufacturing agreements with other chemical production companies capable of producing our proprietary products. We are prepared for any unlikely event that may cause a disruption in the short term as we repair any required damage that impacts our primary facility.

It might be interesting to note that during the unprecedented freeze of 2021 in Texas, which impacted chemical supply chains worldwide, and the recent disruptions caused by the Covid 19 Pandemic, MasterChem Solutions did not miss a single delivery commitment to any client.

In our long history of supplying a diverse set of chemical formulations, we have shipped to nearly every state in the US, to Canada and Mexico as well as approximately 25 International countries on all continents. This experience has served us well to support the growth of multiple industries. A prime example of this has been our ability to support the product needs and growth of Cable Manufacturers. Since entering this market in 1990 and the creation of patented and proprietary products specific to that industry, we now ship to approximately 20 of these companies around the world.

As described in the “Company History” on this website, MasterChem began operations as a Solutions Provider to a series of clients in multiple industries. Initially with adhesive then adding cleaners and multiple unique industrial products. Our process has always been to provide a specialized unique solution to all clients, regardless of their size. This approach has always been a key element of our approach to the markets we serve. In current markets, it is very common for us to re-formulate our products to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients. Among the needs for such modification may be our clients’ use of new production equipment or differing end-use characteristics of their final product. Whatever the driver for the change, we will always be willing and staffed to partner with our client to achieve the optimum design formulation for any application.

MasterChem clearly understands the need to comply with existing regulations, codes, specifications, quality standards and customs requirements. We place a very high emphasis on understandind and complying with all existing and evolving Federal and State Regulations such as OSHA, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Food and Drug Administration, among others. Further, our Quality Control Processes are ISO Certified. Each employee at MasterChem is expected and measured to follow our Company Policy to adhere to all of these regulations.

In addition, we are aware that our clients each have varying standards of compliance required by the Industry they serve and by their own company policies. We continually work with them to match our processes to meet their requirements. In addition, we are aware that clients in International locations are likely to have different or additional requirements such as RoHS and REACH regulations with which we must comply. With each new client, we work diligently to understand these varying needs and establish the proper procedures within our own company to comply with the multiple and constantly revised obligations.
